Parking
There is a field for parking which is situated behind the Squash club. There will be stewards there on the day to guide you. Cars can be left in the field overnight but this is at your own risk. The event organisers take no responsibility for any cars that are left there.
There will be limited parking for blue badge holders, so please do let us know if you require disabled parking so we can plan accordingly.

We also have a taxi company who you can pre-book your taxi with (SM Taxi 07447 691 624). If you haven't pre-booked your taxi, you can also call them to see if they are free, they will be situated at the station so not far away.

Security
There will be security on the day scanning your bar codes and providing you with your wrist band. They will also be conducting bag searches to ensure no unwanted items are bought onto the site (no knives, drugs or alcohol).

First Aid
There will be first aiders on site should you need them and they will be in a gazebo by the entrance.

Toilets
There will be portaloos, a disabled toilet and a men's urinal outside. The indoor toilets will be blocked off for staff only. We have somewhere that can be used as baby changing facilities should these be required.

Weather
We've ordered the sun but you know what the British weather can be like so come prepared and we'll have a great day regardless. Please note that if there is heavy rain the event will go ahead but some of the activities may be scaled down for safety.

Once the event has finished
Please do pick up any litter and use the bins supplied. There are multiple bins for food waste, recycling and general waste around the ground.
When leaving the ground, please do so in an orderly manner and remember that we are in a residential area so please leave as quietly as possible.

Where the funds go....
This event has been organised by a very small number of committee members at Rodmersham Cricket Club who all work voluntary. We have done everything we can to ensure you have a great day. All funds raised are going back into the cricket club to help fund some new practice facilities (cricket nets) for the junior and the adults to use to help improve their game.
Thank you for your support and should you wish to make a donation to the cricket nets, please click here.
We can't wait to see you!
